Pharm d course duration – Doctor of Pharmacy is a six-year progression for doctorate-level students who wish to complete a doctoral package in expert pharmacy. During the course, candidates undergo 5 years of academic study and 1 year of residency. The suitability criteria for the Pharm D course is that students must clear 10+2 (Science) from a recognized school as stated by PCI (Pharmacy Council of India).

Pharm D Admissions are done based on a merit list or entrance examination. The general entrance examinations are BV CET, MET, GPAT, etc. Students have another path of studying Pharm D through Pharm D (Post Baccalaureate).  B Pharmacy graduates can study Pharm D (Post Baccalaureate) as a side entry when admitted to the Pharm D program.

The average fee for the Pharm D is INR 6,00,000 lakhs – INR 20,00,000.
