As the owner and founder of multiple companies and a mom of four in Texas, I do more running than your best friend’s mouth! With everything from cookouts to corporate events, concerts, and her daughter’s softball tournaments, you’ll see her headed out the door more relaxed often than my purse.

She designed these durable coolers to be unique like the customers who want them. You show up with A Glitzy Cooler. People are going to stare at your ice. Let them look! We don’t water things down for anybody; their coolers don’t, either!

Warranty Of Glitzy Coolers

Its limited One-Year Warranty Glitzy By Glitzy Girlz warrants its coolers to be free from defects in material or artistry under regular use and service from the original purchase date, as noted on the receipt.

The warranty remains valid for the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty only applies if purchased directly from Glitzy Coolers, on the website www.glitzycoolers.com, or from a third-party wholesale customer of Glitzy Coolers and covers manufacturer defects. The original receipt, or copy of it,  must be included with any warranty claims.

Their warranty fixes do not cover normal wear and tear (including chips and scratches, abrasions, discolorations or fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight or washing). The warranty will not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, water damage, or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions.

Proof Of Purchase Glitzy Coolers

Register your cooler at www.glitzycoolers.com. Please include your contact information to ascertain whether the warranty covers the damage. Proof of purchase must remain provided upon request and cooler must be registered within 30 days of original purchase to verify warranty coverage. Please retain purchase receipts for your records.

Once the return remains received at our warehouse, please allow 1-2 weeks to process your warranty return. Verified warranty returns may remain repaired, replaced with a cooler of a different design but equal value, or refunded at the discretion of glitzy by glitzy girlz.

Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow 3-5 professional days for standard processing after your order has remained placed. After this passé, the shipping process will go into effect. Throughout high sale times and holiday seasons, it may take up to 5-10 business days for standard processing. The business days are Monday- Friday. Their ship Monday-Saturday.

• They ship internationally, and those shipping times can be up to two weeks. There is a weight-based fee for shipping outside the United States, and a duty fee may also remain applied at delivery.
• All prices remain listed in USD.
• They cannot make any adjustments or additions to orders after they have remained submitted. No exceptions.
• They are unable to cancel orders after they have remained submitted

Conclusion:

Glitzy Coolers does not offer expedited shipping. Standard shipping only is available. It may take 48-72 times to receive a confirmation email that your package has left our facility, not counting weekends or holidays.
